Jackob (Kobe) Maimon prepare a fictitious agreement designed to give him a
foreign resident status.
Information brought to News1 reveals:
Kobe Maimon is the real control shareholder of the ISRAMCO group

Explosive new information that brought to News1, including
documents and recordings, " Lift the screen " and reveals that
businessman Jackob Kobe Maimon is indeed ISRAMCO group’s controlling shareholder,
and not as he claimed, that the
controlling shareholder is his associate, businessman Haim Tsuff, a
resident that based in the Netherlands.
Content of the documents that News1 receive indicates that Maimon
for some twenty years hiding his ownership of number of assets and properties,
and by that avoided paying taxes in Israel. Most of the assets under his
control today: Israel credit lines and ISRAMCO. This group is a major
shareholder in the Tamar gas and a series of real estate properties. Scheme is
estimated at billions of dollars.
The new information is partly based on recordings made by
Carmela Maimon, the former wife of Jackob Kobe Maimon, as well as documents
obtained and / or received from other sources. – The information also based on
recently discovered documents, and documents held by several sources. The
information shows that Maimon hide his true ownership of Isramco from the
Israeli authorities, to prevent seizure of his assets in the event of trouble
with the law, as happened to him in the past.
News1 also learned that Kobe Maimon and his senior legal advisers
create three years ago a fictitious divorce agreement to "prepare" for
Maimon a non-resident status. The goal: to create a" disengagement plan
" from Israel, so it will not allowed the Israeli’s tax authorities from force

of its assets and / or to prosecuted him from false registrations of corporate
